What you need:
- Solid Cisco Voice Skills (Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express, and more) – Experience in Cisco Pre/Post Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting – Very strong Cisco Routing and Switch/Data Networking skills
CCIE certification (CCIE Voice with a Lab is a must have requirement)
What you’‘ll be doing:
- Engineering for Cisco Voice projects of mid – Enterprise – Participate in large scale Deployments of Call Manager, Unity, and Call Center solutions, UCCX, IPCC and more – Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services – Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory – Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects – Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
