Technical Editor in Chief, Blog

I am hiring a technical editor in chief (or some such title) for the site's blog. The idea would be to have 1 person responsible for generating content, finding and handling relationships with writers, writing themselves, etc. I would continue to maintain the technical aspects of the site.
Of course, this is a very high level description and there are a lot of details to work out, but I wanted to put it out there to see if anybody is interested. The position would be payed a percentage of blog sponsorship sales on a monthly basis and would be an employee of my dba.
